Joani Jacobs, CEO Mrs. South Africa and Ace Models International, was honoured with the prestigious CEO of the Year award at the esteemed Women of Stature Awards, on Saturday 12th April 2025, at a glamorous banquet held in Johannesburg. The Women of Stature awards is a platform dedicated to recognising extraordinary women who are making significant contributions across industries and communities.
Jacobs accepted the award during a moving speech that paid tribute to her journey, her team, and the many women whose lives she has touched through her work in the modelling and pageantry industries.
“This recognition is a celebration of every young woman who dares to dream, every aspiring model who walks into our studios with courage, and every woman who steps into her power and purpose,” Jacobs shared from the stage. “Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about serving others, lifting them up, and creating space for others to shine.”

“I am not just walking in my purpose, I am walking in God’s purpose—and that, to me, is the real reward,” she continued. “I don’t take this calling lightly. It’s sacred work, and I am just so grateful that I get to do it every day.”
Joani extended heartfelt thanks to her family, her team, and her pageant sisterhood—with special mention of her husband, Pierre, whose unwavering support has been central to her journey.
