Our Non-Profit Organisations
Mrs SA Official Charities
One of the Mrs SA brand pillars is Community work. In 2026, Mrs. South Africa Pty Ltd will be taking hands with three official charities 4 Change Foundation; The Society for Animals in Distress (SAID) and Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA).
The official charities are separate companies to Mrs South Africa, and run independently to Mrs. South Africa. During the finalist stages of the competition, a Mrs SA finalist will host one fundraiser in aid of one of the three official charities. After Mrs South Africa’s operational costs are covered for managing the Finalist’s fundraising project, the proceeds are then donated to the official charities, at end of the campaign. Thirty percent is retained for Mrs South Africa’s operational costs (noted above) with the majority, seventy percent being donated to the official charities. Each year, Mrs SA finalists raise a significant amount for the official charities.
Mrs South Africa is delighted to share some of the official handovers for prior fundraising campaigns below. The Official Charities also select an Ambassador annually, which is awarded to the Finalist/s who raises the most of amount of funds and awareness, for that particular charity. This is a special award awarded at the Preliminary Competition, in November annually.

The Society for Animals in Distress (SAID)
The Society for Animals in Distress (SAID) is more than a veterinary care provider. It’s a force for compassionate change. Established in 1958, SAID has decades of trusted impact behind its mission, and today, under the leadership of Meg Harvey, CEO and Mrs South Africa 2025 Top 10 Finalist, the organisation delivers professional veterinary care to pets and working animals in low- to no-income communities, ensuring animals receive the treatment, dignity, and relief they deserve. Beyond clinical care, SAID is committed to long-term change through humane education for young children, helping to grow empathy, responsibility, and kindness from the ground up, creating stronger, safer communities for both people and animals.

Family Protection Association (FAMPRO)
FAMPRO is a pillar of hope standing tall on behalf of the vulnerable and exploited offering them strength, support, and compassion in their time of dire need, allowing them a real chance in life so that society can bloom to a tapestry of love and empathy. Their team of experienced professionals have always been passionate about victims of family abuse, of any kind, and looking at statistics of abuse and violence, in families, has shown shocking numbers but what they never show is how many of the victims are saved. Fees and costs are associated with access to justice at every stage of the legal process. Such expenses constitute a major barrier for those who cannot afford them. That’s when FAMPRO realised how many victims were stuck in their environment just because of a lack of financial resources.
